We’ve been running some reports on our official support forum and we thought we’d share our findings along with some suggestions on how to make best use of support.
If you head on over to Perch Support you’ll find things looking a bit different. As we revealed on the blog earlier this month, we’ve been working to bring a new forum and support system online, and today we’re all set to start using it.
Our new forums will enable us to provide much more than somewhere for you to get help. We’ll be using them to discuss more of the things that matter to you, and helping highlight Registered Developers and Perchers who help others.
If you are running into a problem with Perch it can be really handy to see what is happening “under the hood” and there are a couple of useful tips detailed in our Solutions section of the documentation that can help.
If you’ve needed to ask for help, or visited the forums in the last couple of weeks you’ll be aware that we have moved over to a new, integrated system for support, forums and documentation. We hope that this will help to end confusion about where to post and make it easier for us to support you and for the community to help each other.
